Mobile Heating Engineer
Stratford
Temp to Perm contract
Monday to Friday- 40 hour
Salary; £34,000 to £37,000 per annum
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Prestigious contract based in Stratford
Duties for the Mobile Heating Engineer will include
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on commercial plant equipment to include Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage, Pneumatic systems
- Carry out investigation works and arrange for repairs to be completed in a timely manner.
- Gas safety
- Understanding of permits to work
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Plumbing Qualification or relevant on the job and demonstrable experience
- Basic electrical knowledge (ideally an electrical qualification at least equivalent to Bpec Part P Level B)
- Hot water systems & safety (Including G3 unvented HWS)
- Experience and familiarisation with commercial heating systems ideally associated with communal / district heating networks including HIU,s.
- Be technically aware and numerate to interrogate heat meters and report there on
- Competent to undertake pipework, plumbing and basic electrical works Fault finding and practical skills
- PC skills
