Contracts Manager (TFM)
Location; Newcastle
Salary; £38,000- £42,000 + Car Allowance
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance company, we are looking to recruit a and experienced Contracts Manager to manager a large portfolio of Total Facility Maintenance and M&E Regional contracts in the Newcastle and surrounding areas
The Contracts Manager will be desired to have a Hard services background, coming from an engineer's/ degree qualified background in electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, HVAC etc.
Main focus will be that the Contracts Manager will display specialities in the following areas -
- The co-ordination of a workforce to cover the contract effectively
- Critical compliance of M & E Delivery
- Manage small project work
- Strong commercial knowledge of P & L
- Ensuring the contract complies to the Kpi's in place
- Good level of customer service will be required
- Generation of additional works within the contracts
