Electrician
Locations: sites based in Greenwich / Stratford and Crystal Palace
On Going Contract
Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week
Hourly rate £15.38 per hour
Working for a Leading facilities maintenance company on their High profile public sector contract as a commercial Electrician on sites in Greenwich / Stratford and Crystal Palace we are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their busy team with dealing with all electrical plant equipment in commercial buildings.
The Electrician will be Carrying out PPM's / reactive tasks / Call Outs and small electrical installations. They must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services / water treatment / BMS systems etc.Main Responsibilities for the Electrician
- Able to prioritise tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests / Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Delivery of planned, routine & reactive maintenance to all building plantequipment and systems
- Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the site supervisor
- Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are kept up to date
- Able to update jobs on a computer based system and react to breakdowns and changing priorities
Candidates must have experience in the building services plus City & Guilds qualifications in electrical / 17th edition
