Salary; Up to £26,000 per annum
Our client, a large Facilities Management company is looking for a Compliance Administrator.
Duties for the successful candidate will include:
- To support the Maintenance Planning Team Leader to ensure that all properties & assets have the required level of planned maintenance and remain compliant.
- Undertake high quality reporting in relation to PPM delivery and compliance certification. Review reports and co-ordinate with the helpdesk and account management team to resolve any gaps or issues.
- Maintain a robust and accurate asset database or asset information model across all client portfolios.
- Support the creation or update of asset lists and PPM planners for client contract mobilisation and change
- Ensure works following recommendations made in service reports or certification are generated
- Review certification for completeness and quality and escalate where required.
- Display that all certification from self-delivered tasks is checked for remedial work raised. Check all gaps in record keeping
- Ensure timely feedback of updates and information for the client
- Engage with subcontractor admin team and suppliers as necessary to proactively improve planned maintenance schedules

- Taking ownership to ensure list of sites from client that are being audited are distributed between the contract managers to carry out audits
- To assist from time to time contract managers and client auditors with audits potentially going to sites to assist
- Ensure all documentation required is sent to client auditors prior to the beginning of the month audits are being carried out by contract managers/client. Using the CAFM system to get this information
- Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as required by your line manager
The successful candidate will be required to go through a high level of security clearance due to working very closely with a Government Body.
