Data Excel Administrator
Location: Redditch or West Bromwich
Start Date: ASAP
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (8am-5pm)
Pay rate: £18K - 25K
Contract: Initially 8 months
Working for a large and well established Facilities Maintenance Company, on their Government contract based in either their Redditch of West Bromwich branch. We are looking for a Data Administrator whom is advanced on Microsoft Excel handling reports and sensitive data. Duties for the Data Excel Administrator include the following:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, especially Excel (V look ups advantageous)
- Reviewing and analysing data
- Good communication skills, high degree of self-motivation
- Able to liaise with managers/clients
- Handling incoming calls
- Monitor data within the system
- Create reports for the client and management team
- Present and report data and graphs at meetings to supervisors and managers
- Well organised
- Adhoc duties as directed by the client
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
