Corporate Lobby Host
Contract: Initially 2 weeks (potentially longer)
Location: Westminster
Hourly rate: £10.10 p/h
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week (hours 8.00 till 16.00)

To start Tuesday 11th April 2017!!! 2 weeks (potentially longer)

Urgently looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly and energetic customer focused Lobby Host to assist on a prestigious site within a very swish commercial building based in Westminster.

Duties may include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Explaining use of kiosks
  • Escorting them around site
  • Keeping reception area clean and tidy
  • Reporting faults
  • Issuing visitors with passes
  • Understanding the visitor pass system
  • Queue management
  • Calling the hosts
  • Maintaining a professional look
