Commercial Gas Manager required for large FM and housing maintenance specialist. The suitable commercial gas manager will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar management role with a background in commercial gas maintenance. Existing gas qualifications are not essential as this is an office based role with weekly site visits and team meetings overseeing the work of around 5 engineers and an office based administrator.
The current portfolio of work is a mixture of private offices, council buildings, residential homes and some social housing contracts.
This client is ideally looking for someone that has the ability to develop the existing client base and also bring in more business with the drive to expand this department.
