Multi trader (Voids - carpenter or plumber bias)
25-26k + Van

Carpenter or plumber / Multi trader required for large housing association with a backlog of repairs on voids properties. Ideal candidates will have had experience on social housing voids maintenance contracts and be confident with any domestic repairs. Suitable candidates will be able to complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring, decorating and any other basic repairs on voids properties within a week, and be competent with working alongside other trades. This client will interview and start the right person at short notice and will provide full induction, weekly pay and the possibility of a permanent job after 3 months of temping.
