Planner/Scheduler
On-Going Contract
Location: Harrow
Paying up to: £10.00 - £11.06 p/h
Monday - Friday: 40hrs per week
Working within a Maintenance Department the Planner/Scheduler is responsible for allocating/scheduling Maintenance Jobs/works to a range of engineers on a Local Authority contract based in Harrow.
The MAIN DUTIES of the Role will include:- Taking urgent Maintenance calls
- Logging jobs
- Assigning the work to Engineers and Sub-Contractors
- Scheduling of Pre-Planned works
- Raising purchase orders
- Working on Maximo version 7.5 (exp a benefit but not essential)
Most importantlyin order to reach the company performance targets, you will be tasked with chasing outstanding work from internal and external parties.
