Salary £28,000 - £33,000 Travel reimbursed
Full Time Permanent opportunity
Working on behalf of a Multi-National facilities maintenance company looking to bring on a full time experienced Technical Auditor to deliver internal audit requirements in an integrated facilities management within commercial and multi tenanted properties.
Duties
- Visiting multi sites across London, generating concise audit reports, presenting key findings, and pursuing timely implementation of identified corrective actions.
- Audit logbooks, plant rooms, certification and external works that have been carried out.
- Conduct risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to guide what should be covered in audits
- Provide technical assistance to both technical and non-technical persons
The ideal candidate would hold relevant qualifications as a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineer, combined with relevant operational experience,
