Recruitment Co-Ordinator & Client Account Support (no sales)
Greenwich, SE London
£34K (+ regular salary reviews & additional bonus scheme after 3 successful months)
Mon to Fri
38 hours per week
We require a skilled and experienced person to join our successful and well-established client account team in Greenwich SE London. Applicants will be able to demonstrate key skills of recruiting for, and assisting with the needs of, a large diverse contract workforce - as well as being able to demonstrate strong client interface skills & customer support experience.
Key duties will be.
- Advertising for new workers
- Attending external recruitment days
- Collating applicant responses and assessing applicants suitability.
- Interviewing, face-to-face, with prospective candidates
- Arranging and conducting on-site tests for prospective candidates
- Facilitating any offer of work for the candidate.
- Onboarding of candidates, induction process, and paperwork.
- Liaising with client departments. Meeting with clients. Assisting the client. on-site, as and when required.
- Liaising with existing workforce, dealing and assisting with queries relating to pay, holidays etc.
- Administrative skills and record keeping, producing reports and data as and when required. Computer and IT skills.
- Working to targets/SLA's/KPIs where required
