Electrician, Chelmsford
£20 per hour LTD
Monday-Friday, full-time

We require an Electrician to carry out repairs maintenance work on a social housing contract. You must be able to repairs, maintenance or remedials in domestic properties in accordance with the 17th edition.

Duties include;

  • Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations
  • Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation
  • Delivery of electrical repairs in both occupied and void properties
  • Remedial works following the tests fixing what has been flagged up during the test
  • General re-active maintenance changing sockets, light fittings etc
  • Fault finding
  • Planned maintenance

Essential Requirements
17th Edition or Level 3
Own Van, own tools
Social housing experience
