Maintenance Administrator

Location; Slough

Temp to perm

Up to £22,000 per annum

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator has arisen working on an established contract based within the Slough area assisting a reputable Maintenance Company on a Local Authority Contract,

The Maintenance Administrators Duties will include:

  • Support the team within an administration and helpdesk function
  • Obtaining and updating records of maintenance works on site
  • Obtaining specific certificates and records on behalf of trade staff
  • Keep a record of costs and quotes (cost recover from client)
  • Upkeep of internal system providing updates of reactive and ppm works.
  • Raising of and issuing of purchase orders
  • Assist in resolving invoice queries
  • Monitoring of open work orders
  • Processing timesheets, expenses, contract renewals and filing, supporting line manager
  • Managing distribution of PPM works
  • Running reports to provide analysis to line manager
  • Process engineer job report sheets

Skills and experience required;

  • For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
