Maintenance Engineer/Handyperson
Opportunities available in East, West and South London
Contract and Permanent
Salary; £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 40 hrs

Working on a multi-site government / local authority contract based in East London. We are urgently looking for a maintenance engineer/handyperson to assist with maintenance issues on equipment within commercial buildings.

Duties may include;

Carry out P.P.M / Reactive maintenance work within Commercial environments
Reporting any additional works to Supervisors
Complete a variety of fabric works
Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health Safety matters
Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general

Qualifications:
Hold a recognised Plumbing qualification Carpentry / building general qualifications in building services Experience in a leisure / public venue environment advantageous
