Static on a Large site in Hampshire (SP6)
Salary £18,000- £20,000 per annum depending on experience plus company bonus
Candidates must have a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the running of the resort.
Recruiting on behalf of a growing Luxury resort, we are urgently looking for Maintenance operatives to assist with the repair and maintenance of luxury properties at the highest of standards to assist the running of an established Resort based in Hampshire,
Duties for the successful Maintenance operative;
- Carpentry, e.g. repair of doors, windows, kitchen units, walls and floors, signage, roofs & gutters etc,
- Landscaping, including paving and fencing
- Moving and siting Caravans, including external Plumbing
- Painting, decorating and tiling
- Maintenance jobs; from replacing light bulbs to troubleshooting faulty locks and cutting keys
- Carrying out maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, working with other tradespeople when necessary
- Assist with reactive repairs
- Liaise with customers and trades staff
The successful Maintenance operative must come from a similar trades background being able to juggle multi trade maintenance queries
