Saturday & Sunday (10 Hour shift each day)
Some weekday evenings (flexible to discuss at interview_

Location; Newcastle upon Tyne (Gosforth/Longbenton)
Hourly rate £9.50 per hour
Looking for a Call Advisor to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Duties for the role may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Provide service to internal and external clients.
- Generic administration duties
