Hard Services Manager

Location: Hampton Wick

Temp - Perm

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum

Hours: Mon-Fri / 40 hours

Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company, you will be managing the hard service of a high-profile contract based in Hampton Wick.

Accountable for many domestic properties and several commercial buildings across the area, managing a small team of engineers, Supervisors, Sub-Contractors and Operation/ Helpdesk Staff, ensuring all services are provided to the highest of standards, achieving all set KPIs.

Core Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Encouraging the teams to meet the targets set.
  • Coach and develop the teams to achieve the best service possible.
  • Report Writing and completely monthly audits
  • Produce KPI performance reports
  • Provide a strong customer service
  • Ensure all staff have the appropriate training and deal with any technical queries they may have
  • Ensure HR procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Legislation
  • Ensure all Company HS&E policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Manging a budget on a monthly and annual basis

Prospective Candidates will have…

  • Managerial experience within an engineering environment
  • Technical knowledge in Electrics, Gas or Mechanical works.
  • Understanding of Building Services and Critical Plant Equipment
  • Knowledge of IOSH/NEBOSH preferable
