FM Helpdesk Manager
Location: Birmingham
PAYING UP to £35,000- £40,000 per annum
Mon-Fri Role, 40HRS per week (between the hours of 0700 till 1900)
Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company, on a prestigious contract we are currently looking for an experienced Helpdesk Manager to maximise customer experience.
The MAIN DUTIES of the Helpdesk Manager will include:
- Coordinating team so that maximum amount of calls are taken
- Coordinate Out of Hours team
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure they are providing adequate service
- Managing and updating all spreadsheets ensuring are compliant etc.
- Logging service requests by telephone and email
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
- Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Prioritising urgent jobs
- Analysis of job history/running reports
- Interviewing/Training
- Helpdesk diary management coordinating annual leave and shift patterns
- Carrying out one to ones, grievances and disciplinary meetings
- Performance Reporting
- Promote customer feedback and surveys
The successful FM Helpdesk Manager will be required to undergo a level of security clearance
