Static Mechanical Engineer
Location- Central London
Long term contract- potentially Permanent contracts available

Monday - Friday 37.5 hrs per week
Hourly rate £17.00 per hour
Urgently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a growing team for a Multinational Facilities Maintenance company on one of their Critical Commercial contracts based in Central London,
Main Responsibilities;
- Carry out PPM / reactive tasks and small mechanical installations. Must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
- Able to prioritise tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests, Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the site supervisor
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Able update jobs on a computer based system and react to breakdowns and changing priorities
Qualifications
Candidates must have Experience in the building services, plus City & Guilds qualifications in plumbing or mechanical services
