HV AP Electrician
Location- East London
Permanent
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week (08:00- 17:00)
Salary between £35,000- £42,000 per annum depending on experience
Urgently recruiting for an experienced Electrician HV AP Engineer , to join a growing team for a Multinational Facilities Maintenance company on their prestigious Leisure contract in East London, carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations.
Main Responsibilities / Duties Include:
- Able to prioritisation tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests, Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Carry out switching activities
- Acting as site authorised person for all high voltage maintenance tasks.
- Carry out the defined planned maintenance regime
- Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works on plant.
- Attend diagnose and repair faults having due regard to customer care in this specific environment.
- Carry out proactive plant monitoring activities to ensure efficient utilization of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate a working understanding and control of Risk Assessments and Method Statements,
- Have good knowledge of HV and LV switchgear operation and maintenance
- Understanding the operational requirements of a large estate
Requirements
- HNC/ HND in a relevant electrical engineering qualification preferred.
- Experience working on high voltage distribution equipment
