FM Estates Manager
Location; Buckinghamshire
Permanent £50,000- £60,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
Our client a market Leading Facilities Management firm are looking for a dynamic charismatic Contracts Manager to oversee a Government contract based in Buckinghamshire, Approximately £2million pound contract which provides Total Facilities Management throughout the site, full control over P&L (profit and loss), man management, subcontractors and the project management of minor and additional works. A Technically minded Contract Manager from an M&E background with previous experience of managing both sub contractors and direct labour would be ideal.
Predominantly working closely with the Client to build a strong business relationship to ensure Man Management and Contract performance are at a peak satisfactory standard on behalf of the Client.
