Area Maintenance Supervisor

A well established Building services firm are currently seeking a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to oversee a number of Government Buildings spread across the South London area.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of M&E/civil PPM activities delivered by the teams and specialist sub-contractors/service providers. Also responsible for the welfare, direct management and administrative processes to support employees within the delivery team.

You will assist with the Planning and co-ordination of works with management teams and supply chain and Support any projects within your area including providing quotes and specialist advice.

You will have direct contact with the client's on site so a good level of customer relations is required along with a good understanding and ideas on motivating directly employed teams.

We are looking for previous experience within a Building Services Mechanical / Electrical environment along with relevant technical qualifications as this role with involve the support and mentoring of the teams within the area along with Technical advice and guidance when minor works are being conducted. Exposure to the Repair & Maintenance of Building Services Plant equipment is essential.
