Permanent Contract
Salary ranging £40,000- £45,000 (depending on experience)
Our client a market Leading Facilities Management firm are looking for a dynamic charismatic Contracts Manager to oversee a Government contract based in Buckinghamshire, Approximately £2million pound contract which provides Total Facilities Management throughout the site, full control over P&L (profit and loss), man management, subcontractors and the project management of minor and additional works
Predominantly working closely with the Client to build a strong business relationship to ensure Man Management and Contract performance are at a peak satisfactory standard on behalf of the Client.
