Shift Lead M&E Engineer
Location: Wembley
Salary; up to £46k per annum (includes shift allowance)
Shifts: Days & Nights
Urgently looking for an experienced Lead M & E engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a high-profile static contract in London.
Duties (Not limited to):
- To ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety
- Assisting/ advising/ managing a team of engineers
- Carry out P.P.M., service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced electrical and mechanical installations, plant and equipment
- Keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work
- Handling/ Managing Quotes
- Have working knowledge of statutory regulations and to ensure awareness of all safety procedures
- Report any defects
- Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
- Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
- Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
· 17th/18th Edition
· Experience with electrical/mechanical systems and equipment
· Great communication & leadership skills
· City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable
