Maintenance Supervisor
Location; Middlesborough and Surrounding areas
Permanent
Working 40 hours a week
Salary £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
We are looking for and experienced Technical Maintenance Supervisor for our Multi-National Facilities management company based in Leeds and Surrounding areas, working with Multiple locations managing the self-delivery of all M&E services
The main duties for the Maintenance Supervisor (but not limited to):
- Lead a team of engineers to carry out PPM’s/ reactive tasks
- Report and manage Timesheets/ overtime for managers authorisation
- Coordinate quotations.
- Carryout H&S safety audits
- Ensure all site F-gas logbooks are in date and accurate.
- Ensue all engineers PPE is up to date and safe.
- Ensure tool box talks are carried out.
Qualifications we would be looking for this role;
- City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification for Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- 17th/ 18th Edition – Desirable
