Temp to perm
Salary between £22,000 - £24,000
Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity for an Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Aldershot area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
We are looking for a friendly individual to join the team with a can-do approach that is also willing to be a team player and assist when needed.
Duties (not limited to):
- Answering emails and calls when needed
- Organising and scheduling work for others
- Assisting with reports/invoices/ spreadsheets
- Updating database/in house system
- Assisting with purchase orders
- Willing to assist the team with general admin duties
- Experience is MS Office would be beneficial
A level of clearance would be needed due to the nature of the contract.
