Our client is looking for a repairs supervisor, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/housing would be advantageous
Repairs Supervisor Responsibilities
To undertake the daily supervision of a range of trade operatives to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service to residents and leaseholders within London Borough of Hounslow.
To oversee and manage complaints through to a successful resolution.
to provide regular and timely monthly operative performance and productivity reports.
to ensure daily work targets and achieved and all works are delivered to a high standard within budget and within the KPI's target.
To ensure all works are delivered using a safe systems of work and within H&S guidelines at all times.Skills and experience required;
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, have the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
· The applicant must have previous experience in the role and opti-time experience or similar database is essential.
