Site Manager (Domestic New Build)

45-50k + Car/Allowance + Benefits

Large construction and refurbishment specialist requires a qualified and experienced domestic new build site manager due to rapid recent expansion on London based projects. The main duties to be carried out by the site manager include general day to management of the construction activities across several new build sites in the Hackney area to maintain profitable timescales whilst upholding a H&S and quality control standard.

Other main duties include:

Weekly progress reporting to senior management, maintenance of company driven H&S procedures including, PPE, Inductions, management of method statements and risk assessments, work permits, scaffold and lifting equipment inspections, inhouse audits and inspections, site house keeping, liaison with clients, consultants, contract administrators and head office. Management of site facilities,

Suitable candidates must have Previous Site management experience on New build projects, up to date knowledge of building and H&S legislation, Understanding of local authorities, experience of managing Microsoft project (programming), Must hold Relevant H&S qualifications and SMSTS.
