Multi Trade Commercial Plumber
Location- Central London WC1X
Initially 6-month contract
Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week 8.00am till 16.30pm + Overtime + on call
Salary; £28,000-£35,000 depending on experience (Hrly rate £14.36- £17.95)
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical commercial contract based in Central London,
The Multi trade Commercial plumber will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Mechanical/ Commercial Plumbing plant equipment They must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
Duties for the Multi trade Commercial Plumber
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage,
- Regular flushing across the building
- Understanding of permits to work
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
- Asbestos awareness
- Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold City and Guilds Level 1, 2 + 3 in Plumbing Qualifications
