Monday- Friday- 40 hrs per week

Urgently recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical contract based in Central London, the experienced Head of Technical Services Manager will be managing a team of Multi skilled engineers and subcontractors on a large critical sites,
The main day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Carry out monthly and ad hoc review meetings covering all aspects of Compliance and Health & Safety.
· To develop a constructive relationship with the PFI General Manager, which enables the most effective use of the maintenance resources within that building.
· Lead the delivery of Hard Services across the account. This will include the main PFI site and circa 10 other sites
· Ensure the roll out of the new System is Implemented successfully, with a robust management strategy to ensure all assets are maintained with the correct level of compliance
· To work closely with the Performance and Reporting Manager to ensure that the Account has excellent levels of productivity and engagement.
- To be commercially astute and ensure SLAs are consistently delivered against.
Candidates must be suitably qualified with a recognised technical qualification in either a construction, mechanical or electrical discipline. Ideally to be Chartered
