National Account Compliance Manager

Location - Reading - National Based

Salary £40,000- £45,000 per annum plus Car/Allowance

Our client, a leading facilities management company, are currently looking for National Account Compliance Manager to work on an exciting contract on behalf of a global company. The National Account Compliance Manager will be assisting with locations outside of the M25 - circa 170 buildings.

Specific Responsibilities/Duties Include:

  • Maintain and update the Operations Manuals
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is stored
  • Guarantee a robust Business Continuity Plan is always in place
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in place to identify a supply threat
  • Support in the production of the monthly reports
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys through Informed Client Interviews.
  • Ensure that all the Contract SLA's and KPI's are complied with.
  • Develop and compile 6 monthly 'Improvement Plans' and present to the Customer

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10 years technical/building services experience with HNC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Conversant with MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in managing Compliance for hard services Contracts involving mobile engineering teams with a dedicated Help desk support function including full reporting and jeopardy management
  • Ability to demonstrate logical processes, good analytical skills and sound judgement with lots of initiative
  • Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to be able to prioritise workload
  • Able to understand all the Contract requirements and to organise and control MI reporting and prepare for Customer audits.
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and clear thinking and be able to deliver the relevant services to the client in given time constraints
  • Conversant with Maximo/Planon CAFM systems
