Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newcastle, NE27
Hourly rate; £8.46 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday
Date: Start Immediately
Working for a rapidly growing service provider for a local authority contract as first point customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services therefore maintaining profitable customer relationships.
The duties will include;
- Customer Service calls to ensure current members know how to use and are using our system continuously.
- Dealing with any complaints our customers may have about other customers.
- Advising customers of the best course of action to take in relation to their issue
- Ensuring the Database is as up to date as possible always.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Responding to general queries.
