Monday to Friday , 9am to 5pm
Our client is within the social housing sector and they are looking for a Team Coordinator to join their team to provide support to children , young people and families within Children's Services.
The main duties of this role are:- Provide administrative support to front line staff
- Responsible for gathering and analysing information that contributes to the needs of children, young people and families
- Maintain personal information about these groups of people and make sure time scales are met
- Responsible for inducting and managing new staff
- Responsible for the teams day to day diary
- Making sure all financial payments are collected
