Location- Southwark- Travel required (public transport will be reimbursed)
FTC/ Contract
Start ASAP
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week
Hourly rate £21.63- £24.04 p/h
Urgently recruiting for an experienced FM Project Manager to join an established Facilities Maintenance company on a Local Authority Contract based in Southwark. Projects include M&E as well as Building fabric.
Main Responsibilities / Duties Include:
- Programme reporting on all projects undertaken
· Report monthly on WIP.
· Preparation of project plans and procedures to assure we are delivering projects from inception to completion.
· To ensure all project updates are delivered to identified key stake holders in line with project initiation documents.
· Oversee each project to ensure regular QA checks are carried out to review progress, H&S and quality standards are being met.
· Attend and contribute to senior management meetings and ensure the management team are aware of active projects and status, including risks and issues.
· Engage with the preffered supply chain to demonstate best value
· Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current operations department activities when requested to do so.
· Manage oversee construction activities and processes.
· Manage multiple projects.
· Manage and provide good financial and budget control.
· Manage all projects in accordance with site project procedure’s and process’s from inception to completion
· Liaison and communication between all parties and stakeholders.
· Escalate any change requests to the project team and client
· Provide completion certificates in a timely manner for billing purposes.
· Manage File, document and version Control
· Manage Change control and Compliance with design
· Assess Quality and assurance
· Evaluation of RAMS
· Completion of Construction Management plan
· Completion of Construction Phase Plan
· Organising any Temporary Works
· Carry out Inductions
· Carry out talk box talks
· Arrange Permits
· Complete H&S file
- Assess any Environmental impacts.
