Multi Trader (Plumbing/Carpentry)
Permanent Role - covering West London areas (NW, HA, UB, W)
Circa £30k per annum + Company Van/Fuel Card
Our Client is a building maintenance company who look after a Social Housing contract. They require a Domestic Multi Trader -to carry out plumbing/carpentry & occasionally other basic trades, including tiling & plastering.
The successful Multi will be carrying out repairs and maintenance works from a PDA system in social housing properties based in West London.
Qualifications in Pluming/Carpentry would be advantageous as well as previous Social Housing experience.
The successful candidate must provide work reference contacts and proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK.
