Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for an administrator to join their team.
The role of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to teams within the office.
The duties of this role are:- Taking calls from tenants regarding repair and maintenance issues
- Chasing up trade operatives to make sure they are at the correct property
- Dealing and prioritising emergency repair work
- Rearranging repairs if the tenants is not available
- Dealing with a backlog of tenants enquiries regarding repairs
- Dealing with tenants complaints and passing them onto the correct person if escalated
- General administration for all teams in the office
The successful candidate must have social housing experience and experience dealing with repairs.
