Commercial Administrator

Contract position ongoing (views to go permanent)

Salary - £22,000 per annum (£10.58 p/h)

Location; Solihull

Monday to Friday- 40

Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company, within their National Finance Department. We are looking for a Support Administrator to join their busy team.

Commercial Administrator responsibilities;

  • Ensure process is followed to ensure Purchase and Sub Contract Orders are processed efficiently
  • Ensure payment is received in line with the contract agreement and that any queries which are withholding payment are promptly responded to.
  • Proposals - Assist in the valuation and submission of contract variations, maximising both revenue and profit margin.
  • Liaising with Operations in the raising of Sub Contract orders, and the administration of Sub Contractors, including checking and approval of valuations and invoices.
  • Working closely with the Help Desk to ensure reactive and remedial works are charged for in accordance with the Contract.
  • Support Area Managers in resolving of supplier/Sub Contract issues effectively.
  • Assist the Commercial Manager in the preparation of periodic internal and customer reporting.
  • Work with contract management to develop systems to monitor contract performance.
  • Ensure contract payment terms are followed within the conditions of the contract.

You will be required to meet High Security Checks in order to work on the client premises
