Commercial Administrator
Contract position ongoing (views to go permanent)
Salary - £22,000 per annum (£10.58 p/h)
Location; Solihull
Monday to Friday- 40
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company, within their National Finance Department. We are looking for a Support Administrator to join their busy team.
Commercial Administrator responsibilities;
- Ensure process is followed to ensure Purchase and Sub Contract Orders are processed efficiently
- Ensure payment is received in line with the contract agreement and that any queries which are withholding payment are promptly responded to.
- Proposals - Assist in the valuation and submission of contract variations, maximising both revenue and profit margin.
- Liaising with Operations in the raising of Sub Contract orders, and the administration of Sub Contractors, including checking and approval of valuations and invoices.
- Working closely with the Help Desk to ensure reactive and remedial works are charged for in accordance with the Contract.
- Support Area Managers in resolving of supplier/Sub Contract issues effectively.
- Assist the Commercial Manager in the preparation of periodic internal and customer reporting.
- Work with contract management to develop systems to monitor contract performance.
- Ensure contract payment terms are followed within the conditions of the contract.
