Customer Service Adviser
Hemel Hempstead

£19K - £21K a year
Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a customer service adviser to join their team.
This role is working Monday to Friday on a 37.5 Hour week. You would be working between 8am and 5pm.
The duties of this role are:- Being 1st Point of contact for tenants
- Receiving a high level of inbound calls and directing them to the correct department
- Following a script specifically for dealing with repair work
- Making sure that tenants are not on hold for a long period of time
- Delivering a high level of customer service to tenants
- Gathering the correct information about repairs and sending it across to the planing team
- Liaising with tenants and Colleagues
The successful candidate must have experience working in a call centre environment , have experience in dealing with repairs and social housing experience.
