Customer Service/Call Handler
West London
3 Months Contract
£10 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Our Client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a customer service/call handler to join their team and become the 1st line of contact for the tenants.

The role of the Customer service/Call handler is to provide excellent customer service and support to tenants in regards to their repair work..

The duties of this role are:

  • Liaising with tenants
  • Using the in house database to log all repair work
  • Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from tenants
  • Outbound call to tenants
  • Liaising with repairs team
  • Dealing with tenants queries and complaints


The successful candidate must have relevant experience either in social housing or dealing with repairs calls.

This role is a 3 month temporary contract , working Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm
