Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm
Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a call handler to join their team and provide excellent customer service to tenants.
For this role the successful candidate must have experience in a repairs and maintenance environment.
The duties for this role are- Receiving calls from tenants to take the details of the repairs and maintenance work needed to be carried out in the property
- You will need to prioritise repair/Emergency repair work
- Making sure the in-house database is up to date
- Recording all the process of repair and maintenance jobs
- Build rapports with tenants and leaseholders
- Dealing with complaints and queries from tenants
For this position the ideal candidate must have a excellent telephone manner, good attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
