Planner/Scheduler
Barnet
Temp to Perm
£19K
Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm

Our client is a maintenance contractor who are looking fir a Planner/Scheduler to join their team and provide excellent service to Tenants and Trade operatives.

As a Repairs Planner/Scheduler, you are the key person communicating between the resident and maintenance worker.

The role involves tasks such as:

  • Plan and schedule trade operatives diaries
  • Liaise with Trade operatives and tenants
  • Update the database if any planned maintenance work changes
  • Dealing with customer/Tenants complaints and queries
  • Rescheduling appointments to fit the Tenants needs
  • Be able to prioritise Emergency repairs
  • Closing down jobs ready to be invoiced
  • General Administration


For this role the applicant must have relevant experience within a repairs and maintenance environment.

You must have a excellent telephone manner , be able to prioritise work and have excellent attention to detail. You must also provide a reference contact upon application.
