Location Solihull
Start date: ASAP
Contract
Pay rate: £9.00 per hour
Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
Working for a large and well established Facilities Maintenance Company, We are looking for a Support Administrator to join their busy team.
The duties will include;- Issue PO's for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated,
- Data entry; generate job orders on the system
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Generate client monthly report
Candidates must have advanced skills on computer systems, in particular CAFM experience.
Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail as the information inputted will be vital for the contract and be able to use own Initiative due to working individually.
