Canterbury
Temp to Perm
£16 per hour Ltd
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Our client is a social housing contractor who are looking for a floor layer to join their team and provide an excellent service while carrying out flooring and Multi trade maintenance work.
The role of the floor layer is to go into social housing properties to carry out repair and maintenance work.
The main duties that this role will be carrying out are, Installing vinyl flooring , laminate flooring , wooden flooring , laying floor tiles, other necessary flooring that may need to be fitted as well as minor plumbing, carpentry , plastering and tiling.
This role has specifically asked for a successful candidate who has experience in Hot Welding and has social housing experience.
This is a full time role on a temporary to permanent basis, while on the temporary basis you must supply your own vehicle and tools and after this a vehicle will be provided for you.
This role requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver's licence and will be subject to a DBS check
