Our client who is a building maintenance company working on a social housing contract are looking for a Carpenter-Multi, to join their rapidly growing team.This role mainly consists of forced entries on void properties. You will be required to change locks and board windows etc.
This role will also require you to go into occupied homes to carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
The potential Carpenter-Multi should ideally also be able to carry out some other trades such us tiling, plastering, minor plumbing, flooring.
This role is full time Monday to Friday with working hours being 8am to 5pm.
The successful Carpenter-Multi must provide us with details for a DBS check and details for reference contacts. Also, a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
