Resident Liaison Officer
Stoke-on-Trent

19 - 22k per annum
Our client, a leading facilities maintenance/housing company, are looking for a resident liaison officer to join their rapidly growing team. The successful resident liaison officer will be based in Stoke-on-Trent with duties including:- Maintaining access to properties as required by site management
- Register resident complaints and resolve as per the company complaints procedure
- Ensure the site teams are briefed and updated
- Develop and maintain 'house files' for all properties affected by the works
- Visiting resident's homes
Previous experience within a customer based role is essential for this role. The successful resident liaison officer will be provided with a company vehicle (for business use only) therefore, a driving licence is essential.
