£11.50 per hour + Van and Fuel Card
Our Client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a Multi Trader to carry out the repair and maintenance work in social housing properties.
The role of the multi trader is to focus on customer care while carrying out repair and maintenance work.
The main trades that the role is required to carry out would be :- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Tiling
In this role you will be provided with a company van and fuel card, a company phone or tablet and a uniform will also be provided.
For this role you must have Asbestos Awareness and have experience within the social housing sector.
In this role you will be apart of the out-of-hours call-out rota, which would be 1 in every 4 weeks and would be subject to a DBS check.
