Customer Service Account Manager
Location; Manchester Piccadilly
Hours- Monday- to Friday - 9am- 5.30pm
Hourly rate £10.00 - £12.82 per hour

Working for a leading job board company, we are looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join their team.
Duties
- First point of contact for any client questions and queries through the customer service helpdesk or client email queues.
- This could be a client or customer calling from the website with a wide range of different questions / queries
- Sales support for the client after purchasing initial advertising package
- Liaising with other departments in the business to gather information to support client
- Creation of contracts either for renewals or a top-up of products
- Setting up and amending accounts as and when required
- Raising technical issues to the product teams if unable to solve initially
- Ensuring all work is completed with specific SLAs set
