Finisher/Multi-Trader
On-Going Contract
Great Yarmouth
£140 - £170 per day
Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor, are looking for a finisher/multi-trader to join their rapidly growing team. The successful finisher/multi-trader will be working on a contract based in Great Yarmouth on a kitchen and bathroom installation programme in both void and occupied social housing properties.
Duties will include going into properties after kitchen and bathroom fitters, making good of the work. Tiling, Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and some Painting and Decorating.
This role is full-time Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm on an on-going contract. The successful finisher/multi-trader will be subject to a DBS check and they will require their own van and tools.
