Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm
Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who is looking for a Senor Planner to provide high quality support to the company.
The role of the Senior Planner is working alongside the management team complying with company policies while delivering high quality customer service.
Some of the main duties that the Senior Planner must be able to carry out would be:
Overseeing the gas servicing administration, this includes sending and recording letters and storing all necessary photos
Making sure that the planning team have planned out engineer's jobs for the following day's work
Prepare automated and manual reports for the contract manager
Support engineering supervisors and contract managers with various of engineers and H&S audits
Review any planned work streams and look for efficiency's with attending and planning properties
The successful Senior Planner must have experience working within repairs and maintenance administration environment. Experience in managing a team, answering calls directly from customers, and liaising with the trades operatives are essential.
For this role you must have the ability to prioritise workload, used own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.
