Visitor Attraction Manager
Location; East London

Salary £55,000- £65,000 per annum depending on experience
An exciting role has become available based at a unique Visitor Attraction site in East London.
This key leadership role will involve the management of daily operations and Business Performance across the attraction.
In addition to a team of 30 directly employed team members the site also partners with a number of Sub-Contractors that will need to be managed.
You will be working to Annual Business plans and reporting on KPI's and SLA's benchmarking performance.
Monitor and control of the P/L along with a Finance Assistant
Drive footfall of the site to increase ticket sales and retail sales.
Take a passionate approach to customer experience.
The ideal candidate will need to display sound Business acumen and be able to demonstrate previous experience of providing returns on investments to the client owner.
A sound knowledge of the Visitor Attraction market , ticketing systems , trade partnerships and hospitality is required.
